Email moji.app.help@gmail.com for help with Kira. Tell us what happened, the steps that led to it, your device model, and your iOS and Kira versions. A screenshot can help if something looks wrong. Please leave out passwords, payment-card details, and other private information that is unnecessary for your request.

Restore Kira Pro

If you already purchased Kira Pro, use the restore option on the purchase screen, or open Kira's Settings and choose Restore purchases under Subscription. Make sure the App Store is signed in to the Apple account used for the original purchase and that your device is connected to the internet.

If access is still missing, contact us with the message shown in the app before purchasing again. Restoring a purchase restores eligible Kira Pro access; it does not restore local study progress from another device.

Manage or Cancel a Subscription

Open Kira's Settings and choose Manage Kira Pro under Subscription to view the available purchase support options. To manage or cancel an App Store subscription directly, open iOS Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, and select Kira. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Apple explains the cancellation steps in its subscription support guide. Prices, billing periods, and any trial eligibility are shown before you confirm a purchase.

Reminders and Reading Challenges

In Kira's Settings, open the Reminders section to choose Daily review reminder, Daily reading challenge, and your Study time. The reading challenge is separate from the review reminder and is scheduled four hours before your study time.

If reminders are missing, check that notifications are allowed for Kira in iOS Settings. Focus and other device notification settings can affect when alerts appear. You can turn off either daily option in Kira or change notification permission in iOS Settings.

Widgets and Pronunciation

Open Settings in Kira and choose Configure Widgets for a preview, display choices, refresh timing, and setup instructions. A widget with its own saved choices keeps those choices; set it to Follow App Settings to use the defaults you choose in Kira.

Pronunciation playback uses the Korean voices available on your device. If you cannot hear it, check your device volume and audio output, then try the pronunciation preview in Kira's Settings. Kira does not need microphone access for pronunciation playback.
